A nite to remember

Woohoo... guess Fz must have gone real crazy and wild after the prelims! Well, i just wanna let my hair down before the real drilling for the A's begins next week! hehe... have been going out eveyday. Hmmn.. busy busy with so many activities! hehe. Decided to be a good gal today and stay home to either stone or to think how i can start organising my stuff to turn my room into a more condusive learning environment. hee.

GOsh... i have a small confession to make. hee. Yesh.. i reached home at 3 plus am lastnite. hee. Yup yup.. it's probably not the first time... but it's the first time with ber and jc.dear. ladies nite eh? hehe... And i tasted some red wine over dinner. aw... growing up eh?! haha. Well... i was definitely in an extremely high mood lastnite. Guess it has gotta do with the happy atmosphere. haha.. Fz must be over the moon for nuts know the reason why. haha :)

okie dokey.. well.. it all started off with a last min. pri sch gathering. But as we all know, last min. stuff do not work out half the time. haha. Most of them already had other plans and actvities on. hee. well... we still went ahead with our outing anyway. Okie... initially i was supposed to meet ber ber at 6.30 at simei mrt and it was changed to 7. However there was some communication breakdown. Cos ber ber called me at 6.45 to find out about my whereabouts. And i told her that i was at home. She was suprised upon hearing so... as she thought that i was on my way. And guess what? the misunderstanding comes. our blur ber ber forgot that we are supposed to meet at simei and not city hall! haha. i nearly laughed till i rolled on the floor sia. =X Whatever it is... i headed down to meet her at one of the stations.

O well... on the way, i saw someone really familiar. Initally i didn't dare to go over till that person from far was waving frantically to me. ahaha. It was Zi hui( a friend i knew through Nina) and friends. Ahaha.. i joined them and we were chatting away. At first, she said that she couldn't really recognise me from far. perhaps i look n dress differently apart from school bah. hah. Anyway, they were on their way down to meet their classmates (so7 peeps) at Marche-Heerens. Hmmn...while chatting away, ber hop onto the train at Lavender. Coincidentally, she sugeested to dine at Marche too. And there... we headed off together with our stomachs growling away. haha. :)

Upon arrival... Gosh!!! was my first response! There was a long queue that went all the way to the entrance sia. omg... luckily zi hui and her class had booked a table in advance and had 2 extra seats! hehe... so we decided to join them for dinner. Woohoo... we walked in with grace as we passed by the impatient, hungry crowd that probably have been lining up for their turn for some time already. aw... *grins sheepishly* haha. Well, it was definitly a good chance to get to know more new friends as i was introduced to the tpjc so7 peeps. woohoo... great to know these pals. It's definitely a dinner that is based on pure coincidence and fate! Gee.. although we were quite new to each other, all of us managed to bond and clique together real well. haha. Ber ber and i were joking around like crazy lunatics lah. ahaha... it seems like the slightest funny action around or words exchanged will simply induce the laughing germ in us. ahaha. And of course, i felt so ticklish when i was told of how ber's friends played the "hai dai" (seaweed) game. I thought it's supposed to be played in chinese right?! But guess what?! they have the English version. ahaha. it goes like..." scissors, paper, stone! seaweed ah seaweed! seaweed ah seaweed!* moving both hands up, front and sideways frantically in a jelly-like manner each time* ahaha. it nearly sent my head off. haha. And i was 'appalled' when ber forgot that i'm from the arts fac. Gosh!!! And Daniel(a new friend from so7) had to tell or remind her so... hmmmn... -_-" i am so disappointed lah. huh! wahaha.

okie... after dessert, the guys came back with 2 glasses of beer or stout?! And a glass of red wine. Well.. i tried the wine as i do not really like the taste of beer. Hmmn... i would say that i really like it alot. It has got a tinge of fragrance that lingers in ur mouth. As u carefully allow it slip down ur throat, u can enjoy it's aroma. And it leaves ur stomach comfortably warm. wOoo... definitely a taste of bittersweet yeah. Woohoo... we were chatting over table and continued to mess around. haha. And another climax part was when we 'dared' Daniel to take his last mouth of beer down at one go... leaving him with a complexion as red as a lobster. wahaha. okie... we really enjoyed their company alot. The guys were very approachable, friendly and engaging. They are definitely a whole lot of extremely nice ppl. They even invited me to join their table if i was to go for prom. hmmn... shall see~ hee. Hopefully i'll see them around in sch again yeah.:)

After our sumptuous dinner, we bid our farewell to the so7 peeps before meeting jc.dear at 10. hehe... Dressed classily with pretty accessories, the 3 little grown-ups headed for kbox! yeah!!! all of us were in high spirits... we are definitely 'nite ppl' eh?! hehe. We decided on the midnite package and headed off to the ktv room. Although it was kinda of expensive but really worth it man! hehe. However the only set back was that the air-condition was sending all of us shivering. haha. It was really cold in there. But it was a matter of time we got used to it yeah. In there, we were singing all types of Chinese and English songs at the top of our voices. And i encouraged dear and ber to stand up and sing together too. hehe. okie... I think it must be the nite atmosphere that is giving me this high mood. ahaha. I was moving and dancing around like a crazy gal! And of course as we sang love songs, dear and i attempted to make some eye contact during the chorus... just like the way singers do so on tv! wahaha... nah~ we were just out for some fun. Guess ber ber had to endure the goosebumps she had all over! haha. Initally, we were tempted to club. But guess it wasn't possible as it's safer to have more guys around and someone experienced to accompany us in. Wooo. it's definitely a deal after the A's! Anyway, zouk will be back by then right?! Hmmmn... haha... jc.dear was saying that she has gotta watch and pull me back if we club, cos she's afraid that I'll just get too over the moon. ahaha.*laughing my head off* no worries yeah... i've got self-discipline. (yeah rite?!) haha... :P *bleah*

ok... one of the songs we sang was "A whole new world". Hmmn... the lyrics goes something like " over, sideways and under..." and then jc.dear started laughing away as she remembered what Charlene told her. ahaha... and her special crooked thinking definitely has got an underlying meaning to it. ahaha. jc.dear's laughter is so contagious lah... that i couldn't stop laughing while singing as well. hmmn... u guys figure out what the lyrics mean alright?! *scandalous* ahaha

Alright... all of us enjoyed the tidbits as well. In the 2 bowls of mix nuts... each of us had our own fav. one. And we started sieving out the nuts we like... discarding the rest. Besides this, we asked for a refill twice?! wahaha. We sang till 2 plus and before leaving... all of us were still busy and engrossed over the tidbits! omg... haha.. just like little kids over lollipops. Guess we should just ask for a take-away right?! *giggles loudly* ahaha.

After billing... we headed for the toilet. And guess who we met? We saw Kelly from the Superstar series. Hmn.. quite pretty with heavy make-up... but i'm surprised that she looks shorter as compared to her on tv. hmn... whatever. yup yup.

We left cineleisure and wandered off to the bus-stop to see if we should catch the N-R 7 bus home. As we were crossing the road, we held hands and sang aloud across the streets like nobody's business sia. woohoo... it's such a great feeling! What a beautiful nite with a half-full moon and small stars that lit the clear sky. I could feel the refreshing cold air surrounding us. woohoo.. definitely a wonderful nite to remember.

While it's quite inconvenient and more time-consuming to take a bus, we decided to take a cab. However before hailing one, we actually witnessed an agressive fight. Just metres away, there was an old uncle fighting with another man. Both guys were struggling and shouting at each other angrily in the MIDDLE of the road. omg... it was so bad till the cabby on other cabs had pulled over just to separate both men. Woo.. definitely scary but it was an eye-opener to us. Nite life... though REAL fun, but we must learn how to take precautions yeah. There were many young ppl smoking on the streets as well... just like wild cats that are out hunting at nite. woo... of course, we just concentrate walking in fast steps to avoid any staring incident. well... i am proud to say that we have all learned to take care of each other's safety real well. hee~

Well... reached home at 3plus and took a warm bath before going to bed. ahaha... i was still in super high spirits then. Couldn't stop singing and swaying around. haha. As i lie on my bed thinking of the entire outing... i just cannot stop smiling. To have forged so many beautiful friendship is a blessing that u can never ask for more. And i am loving it!

Gosh... we enjoyed ourselves very much and the feeling is indescribable. i really look forward to more of such outings! Guess my parents can trust me yeah. *winks* After the A's... and here i come!!! muack!
